Revolve Renewable Power Corp. is moving ahead with the first 20 MW phase of a recently acquired 30 MW solar project south of Edmonton and is expected to achieve "ready to build" status in early 2026. The project is expected to be developed in two phases of 20 MW and 10 MW.

NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) has started construction on the Berland River Compressor Station C3 Unit Addition. The project includes the installation of a new 30 MW electric motor-driven compressor and aerial coolers immediately adjacent to the existing Berland River Compressor Station located northwest of Edson.
