The Saskatchewan government and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IEBW) signed a Letter of Intent to offer union-led and delivered apprenticeship training for construction electricians and power line technicians. The letter of intent allows for IEBW local unions to sign a memorandum of understanding and offer training programs in 2025.
